Machine Introduction:

The conductivity of the deionized water machine can be lower than 1uS/cm, and the resistivity of the outlet water can reach more than 1MΩ.cm. According to different water quality and use requirements, the resistivity of the outlet water can be controlled between 1~18MΩ.cm. It is widely used in the preparation of industrial ultrapure water and high-purity water such as ultrapure water for electronics and electric power, chemical industry, electroplating ultrapure water, boiler feed water and ultrapure water for medicine.

Purpose of quartz sand filter:

Suspended substances in quartz sand water are smaller particles. Visible to the naked eye, these particles are mainly composed of silt, clay, protozoa, algae, bacteria, and high-molecular organic matter, and are often suspended in water. When tap water passes through quartz sand, it can remove large particles of suspended matter in the water. Activated carbon can remove the fishy smell and musty smell from the reproduction and decay of aquatic organisms, plants or microorganisms in the water. , Disinfected water residual chlorine. Ensure the normal operation of the follow-up system. The reduction of residual chlorine in water has played a great role in the protection of softening resin and membrane components, prolonging the service life of reverse osmosis membrane and mixed bed. Its filler is granular fruit shell activated carbon.

Activated carbon filter:

(Flushing cycle: 1-2 times every 15 days, depending on local water quality)

Washing method:

a. Set the quartz sand filter: turn the manual multi-way valve to the backwash position (BACK WASH), then turn on the operation panel of the electric box (manual/stop/automatic) to manual, and then turn on the front switch. (Note: The high pressure pump switch is off)

b. After flushing for 15 minutes, turn the multi-way valve to the positive flushing position (FAST RINSE), flush for 15 minutes, and go back and forth three to five times, (after the wastewater being flushed out is clear and free of suspended matter), turn it to the running (FILTER)

c. Activated carbon filter, turn the manual multi-way valve to the backwash position (BACK WASH) for 5 minutes, then turn the multi-way valve

PP fine filter:

The security filter is the last filtering device before entering the R.O reverse osmosis main unit. Operating principle:

(a) The PP cotton filter uses a PP cotton filter element with a pore size of 5um. Water infiltrates from the PP cotton and flows from the PP cotton

The central tube on the inner wall of cotton permeates out, so as to filter out tiny particles of impurities larger than the pore size.

(b) After the PP cotton has been used for a period of time, more and more impurity particles are trapped outside the outer hole until it fails. At this time, please be sure to replace the filter element, otherwise it will pollute the subsequent reverse osmosis equipment. The general replacement cycle is 1-2 months (according to the local water quality and water consumption).
