ESE ES-E2+ Solder paste printer
ESE ES-E2+ (formerly the US-2000XQ) Screen printer is a highly accurate Solder-paste screen printer capable of printing 01005 chip components and 0.25mm ball diameter uBGAs. The XQ model is also a perfect solution for thick film screen printing. ESE have rubber squeegees and spreader bars ready for this application and stencil frame adaptors to make transition from small bench-top printers to full in-line seemless.
The Table has been upgraded from the basic E2 printer to give more accuracy for PCB alignment thus giving superior printing quality. All major axes are controlled by high-precision servo motors. Adjustable stencil rails, handling 23", 29" and 550mm square stencil frames. Conveyor width is adjusted automatically for quick and easy changeovers. ESE E2/+ Series SMT screen printers are equipped with a fast, accurate vision system, with 2-D inspection standard.
