The new generation of high-speed online TR7600F3D SII automatic X-ray inspection solution has an inspection speed that is two to three times faster than the previous generation product and can inspect large circuit boards up to 900mm x 460mm without affecting the production line production time. This can reduce the missed detection and false positive rates at the same time.
