TRI TR7600F2D SMT X-ray Inspection Machine
TR7600F2D is a high-performance online 2.5D AXI, specially used to inspect single-sided assembled circuit boards and flexible board components that require high image quality. Ideal for testing electronic communication products, TR7600F2D can reliably detect tiny bubbles, 01005 solder point defects, and many QFN and BGA problems. The TR7600F2D combines fully automated programming and multi-resolution to help all production lines significantly increase output.
