The difference in adsorption capacity of oxygen and nitrogen molecules in the compressed air is mainly due to the different diffusion rates of these two gases on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve. The diffusion rate of gas molecules with smaller diameter (O2) is faster, while that of gas molecules with larger diameter (N2) is slower. At the same time, under different adsorption pressures, the higher the adsorption pressure, the larger the adsorption capacity.
