T-OLP – Autonomous PCB programming, line balancing and optimization system for increasing line productivity.

Automatic optimization and built-in assembly line balancing algorithms evenly distribute the workload among available component installers.

The results of the T-OLP program are transmitted via the computer network to each installer, recording the work orders in his database. The results of the line balancing and optimization are presented in a visual display of the production process. The saved programs can be transferred to the installer for execution in the future.
