The suction board integrated machine is used at the front end of the SMT production line. It has two board loading modes: material box loading and vacuum suction loading, which can be used for single-panel or double-panel.The control system adopts PLC control, the operation interface adopts touch screen, and is equipped with standard SMEMA signal line; the lifting structure adopts motor lifting setting, and the effective setting step distance can be selected; 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, optional frequency converter; The suction board method adopts the vacuum suction board method, and 200-300 PCBs can be stacked each time (determined according to the thickness of the board).
