JX-300LED's unique 2-time and 3-time splint function realizes the production of ≦1500MM LED substrates, and realizes high-precision placement by fully automatic visual alignment of the substrates through 3 sets of MARK points.

2. JUKI's unique laser patch monitoring function

JUKI's unique placement head is equipped with a laser sensor to detect the presence or absence of components on the placement head in real time. For LED devices that are adhesive to the surface of the component, the blowing time can be set to prevent the LED component from being brought back. Through the real-time monitoring function of the laser, it is possible to prevent components from falling before placement and sticky LED components from being brought back.

JUKI's unique LNC60 laser three-dimensional scanning imaging technology, through the 360-degree rotation of the LENS pin to take a side photo, draw the component appearance according to the component image edge and rotation angle, and calculate the component center, angle and size to complete the direction of the LENS Judgment, and finally complete the X, Y, and angle recognition of LENS for high-precision LENS placement.
