LED PCBs up to 600mm long can be assembled in a single pass.

1. High-accuracy: Equipped with 5 high-definition digital vision alignment cameras to guarantee high accuracy on-the-fly mode.
2. High-speed: Maximum placement speed reaching 0.065s/chip.
Automatic nozzle change function to ensure the speed of different sizes of components.
3. With a SMEMA-compatible inline conveyor for line automation.
4. Places SMD components from 0603 to 7474, apply to LED chip, capacitors, resistors, IC, diode, odd-shaped components, etc.
5. Highest applicability of high-speed chip mounters to LED DOB high components.
6. Suitable for all LED lighting products, including flexible PCB strips, circular LED light bulb boards, and even irregularly shaped boards. Assembles LED PCBs up to 600mm long in a single pass.
