The Intelligent Factory needs intelligent machines: the SIPLACE TX is breaking all performance records with the new Placement Head CP20 and its component camera for high-resolution images and new SIPLACE SmartFeeder Xi.
With the new SIPLACE Tray Unit and two stationary high-end camera systems, the SIPLACE TX can now also be used as a space-saving end-of-line machine. It boasts unique flexibility in terms of conveyor systems, component feeding and smart software options.

The SIPLACE TX seamlessly integrates into ASMPT’s Intelligent Factory concept through standard interfaces and a growing number of automation options, offering state-of-the-art performance for every type of electronics production.
